The Maintenance Hero Training Program is designed to train aspiring maintenance professionals (with all skill types) for a career in the apartment industry. The Maintenance Hero Training Program consists of in-class and paid on-site training. Both parts work simultaneously to prepare the student for a career in maintenance.

The goal of this program is to provide individuals with universal skills and career opportunities at the completion of the program. Students will receive a state certified certificate of completion at the end of the program.

You will learn HVAC, Punch Skills, Interior and Exterior painting, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, Appliance Repair, Electrical, Preventative Maintenance, Carpentry, Grounds Maintenance, Quality Control & Management, Pool Maintenance, Safety raining, Proper Use of tools, Site Success and much more!
